Choose a profession & job
Choose a sample job or Other / Custom Job in any profession. For a custom job, type your own job title, scope, time and costs. Changing professions alone does not overwrite your draft.

Leave at 0 if this job has no sales tax. Anything above 0 is added to the total and printed on the quote and invoice.
Invoice and payment options
Tick everything you take. Whatever you tick is printed on the invoice so the customer knows their options.
Good to know: A checkout link opens the payment provider; the provider handles the payment. FieldQuote does not validate the paid amount or receive payment updates. Mark invoices paid only after verifying payment in your provider dashboard.

Payment buttons open an external provider and do not confirm that payment succeeded. The invoice signature is optional and is only available after the user marks the payment received; it is not a remote sign-and-pay portal. Back up your data.
Customer payment acknowledgment
Only for paid invoices: after checking that the payment cleared, the customer may sign on this device as an optional acknowledgment. This signature does not initiate payment.
Invoice acknowledgments are captured locally on this device only after the business manually confirms payment. A signature is optional; a payment receipt from the provider is the primary proof of payment. There is no secure customer identity check, independently verified audit trail, or server-side tamper protection. Do not treat this prototype as a legally compliant e-signing platform for important contracts.
Review before sending
This app does not send email automatically. Click Open email app, review the message and click Send yourself. If you need a PDF attachment, download the PDF and attach it manually.
